Happy Birthday Garrett!

It's G-BABY Live!! He is already in the chef business at age 3. ...and a socialite at the age of 11.
Happy 11th Birthday to my "big" boy! He is growing into such a fine young man. He has a beautiful, giving spirit and a tender, loving heart. He has been known to give the shirt off his back, the very last cookie in the jar, his last penny to others. He knows no strangers and makes friends with anyone he meets. Garrett is most definitely the "socialite" in our family. I often think of his first tball game and how he stood on first base, with the ball at his feet, asking the player, "Whase your name? My name is Gawwett.". He definitely loves to talk and will defend his ideas to his last breath. He will defend anything he sees as an injustice no matter who the person involved. He is devoted to the Lord, loves to learn, and loves to share Jesus with all he meets.
He tells us that he wants to be a "famous" chef some day and expresses interest in going to a culinary school. Look out Food Network... here comes Garrett. We are enjoying watching him grow and are blessed to be called his parents. We know that the Lord has great plans for him.

Happy Birthday Garrett! You sound a lot like my 11 year old, Adam. Wish we lived closer. You'd get along great!

Blessings,
